Get an overview by entering symbol, click go button, click on overview on left sidebar, or stock symbol.. Next, click on Earnings & Opinions on left sidebar. 

StockSelector.com provides as many as 7 targets derived by seperate means including broker concensus. Click under 'Valuation' for full explanation. Prefix Canadian symbols with T., eg T.RY. 

Because it is based on P/E Ratio, this is sometimes unreal, but does have value when you are seeking your own composite target. 

Nordby.com gives conclusions of analysts reports & most often with their targets. Above the 'go' button, click on the down arrow and select broker reports. Now enter your symbol and hit 'go'. (By the way, a 1 - 1 rating by Merrill Lynch is a strong buy for intermediate and long term. 2 is a notch lower like 'accumulate'). 

Select a 2 or 3 year chart and, with your intuitive impression, move the cursor freely to a level you feel is consistent with the rythm of the chart and your sense of the fundamentals.
